Health and Safety Publications Ltd., recently exhibited at Salon Bezpieczeństwo Pracy w Przemyśle (Health and Safety in the industry) organised by the MTP Group from the 5th to the 8th of June instant. It was a perfect opportunity to carry out market research and to present Health and Safety Publications training materials to a wider audience in Poland.

Health and Safety Publications Ltd., has become a pioneer and a leader in the publishing of safety training materials in Ireland. This position has been maintained thanks to an ever increasing range of products, high quality and affordable prices.

It is worth mentioning that sales of Health and Safety Publications Ltd., books in Ireland alone exceeded 1 500 000 books. Aside from Ireland Health and Safety Publications Ltd has a strong presence in the United Kingdom, and a number of other EU countries. Used as a convenient training aid the books are used by health and safety training companies, individual trainers, small and large businesses, Universities and Government Agencies.

The manuals are a great source of reference for the trainee. They are also a great mareketing tool for the trainer as the covers can be customised to include their logo, contact details and the courses/services they provide.

While exhibiting at the Salon Bezpieczeństwo Pracy w Przemyśle (Health and Safety in the industry) the professionalism and quality of the training books was recognised by health and safety professionals and in particular with SEKA S.A. Poland’s leader in the safety services market.

Health and Safety Publications Ltd started trading in 2005 and it is owned by Marek Szepietowski a Polish national and his Irish wife Rose. Both Marek and Rose are qualified safety professionals who noticed a need in the market for high quality and professionally printed training material for the health and safety industry. The first book, manual handling was created while the company was still run from their home in Rathcoole, Co. Cork, and the success of this book enabled the company to grow nationally and now internationally.

Our office is now located in Newberry Cross Industrial Enterprise Park, Mallow, Co. Cork and we are in the process of opening our Polish office in Gdynia.
