- These terms and conditions are between Health and Safety Publications Ltd., t/a Health and Safety Publishers and their client.
- These terms and conditions and any contract formed prior to them may be varied provided that any variation is confirmed in writing by Health and Safety Publications Ltd., t/a Health and Safety Publishers.
- A binding contract is formed when Health and Safety Publications Ltd., t/a Health and Safety Publishers notifies it’s acceptance of a Client’s order for goods (the contract). All goods must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- In some cases a credit account may be considered. Government bodies/agencies will be pre-approved for credit. Other organisation’s will have to complete a credit application form and supply credit references. The establishment of a credit account is entirely at the discretion of Health and Safety Publications Ltd., t/a Health and Safety Publishers. Credit terms are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice. Interest on overdue invoices may accrue from the date when payment becomes due until the date of payment at a rate of 2.5% per calendar month, and such interest shall compound monthly at such a rate after as well as before any judgement.
- The Client is responsible for providing correct daytime delivery address, local daytime telephone number and postal code. Our couriers will only call the number provided if directions are required to the delivery address. If the recipient is not available to accept delivery the courier may leave a notification card where the property is accessible, Please note: Standard delivery normally takes place during normal business hours (8am-6pm) Monday – Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery times.
Where orders are placed after notified last order date / time for guaranteed delivery, Health and Safety Publications Ltd., t/a Health and Safety Publishers cannot accept responsibility for late delivery. Health and Safety Publications Ltd., t/a Health and Safety Publishers cannot be held responsible for Courier companies not delivering as scheduled due to circumstances beyond our control. - It is the Client’s responsibility to inspect the goods on delivery. Any visible defects in the goods must be notified to Health and Safety Publications Ltd. t/a Health and Safety Publishers within 7 days of delivery.
- Proofs of artwork designed by Health and Safety Publications Ltd., T/A Health and Safety Publishers for customised goods will be submitted to the Client for approval prior to printing. Health and Safety Publications Ltd., t/a Health and Safety Publishers shall not incur any liability for any error not corrected by the Client in proofs so submitted. Health and Safety Publications t/a Health and Safety Publishers accepts no responsibility what so ever for the quality of the finished product when the artwork is supplied by the customer. The Client warrants that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party.
- Title of the goods shall pass to the Client when payment is made in full and remains the property of Health and Safety Publications Ltd., t/a Health and Safety Publishers until then.
- Health and Safety Publications Ltd., t/a Health and Safety Publishers reserves the right to remove or amend any part of it’s publications without prior notice or consultation.
