Health and Safety Publications Ltd., offers a customization service of our books. This is extremely popular with trainers and training companies who like to raise their profile by advertising their company logo, name and contact details on the covers.

There is a once off design fee of €60 to create your artwork template. This fee will only apply to the first order and will not apply to future orders even if you decide to order different books.

You can also provide your own artwork for the cover, however, please be advised that it must be ready to print otherwise the design fee of €60 will still apply. It is recommended to discuss this option with customer service so file specs can be advised for printing purposes.

If you are ordering a customised cover for the first time then please add the cover design to your cart along with the books you want to purchase.

In order for us to create the artwork we would require you to send us your logo in vector format if possible, otherwise, as a high res image, along with any other information you would like to feature on the cover, e.g. company contact details, courses you provide etc., preferably in a word document.

All artwork must be approved by the customer before going to print. The turnaround time is approximately two weeks.

You may also request other changes, like a special font style, photo editing, design your own logo or other even more sophisticated changes. It can’t hurt to ask if the change you want is included in the price.

Please note, if you would like to add or swap out an image, this is included in the price, but if you would like to make some changes requiring photo editing, then that would be considered as a more time consuming option and an additional fee may apply.
